Helping adults get to know themselves and live better
Psychologist, Gestalt therapist
About me
Born in Arkhangelsk, in the north of Russia. By first education, I'm a sociologist, and graduated from St. Petersburg State University.
For almost 20 years I worked in advertising agencies, gained experience in managing teams, projects, interacting with large corporations and so on.
I came to psychology at a conscious age, realising a childhood dream. I received a Master Degree in psychology and chose Gestalt as my therapeutic modality. My education was well integrated into my life and work experience.
Over 2000 hours of therapeutic work with clients. Regular personal therapy and supervision.
Continuing to learn - completed specialisations in family therapy, working with eating disorders, working with trauma, group therapy, beginning psychotherapy training in Germany.
I love writing, speaking, sharing my knowledge and experience. I run my own channel on Telegram. I believe that psychoeducation is important.
Married, two children. Since 2021 I live in Stuttgart (Germany).
What I'm best at working with
01
Growing up as an adult - finding yourself
The question ‘Who am I and what do I really want?’ very often comes after the obligatory programme ‘School-University-First Job-First Relationship’ has been completed. A person gets his or her own experience and begins to think more critically about future life.
I help to rethink the collected experience and redefine one's path. We solve the question ‘What I want to be when I grow up’, deal with dissatisfactions in the current situation, work on relationships with partners, colleagues, parents. Building a new real adult life.
02
Emigration
I have been moving all my life. I have lived in Arkhangelsk, Pskov, St. Petersburg, Moscow, studied and worked in Tartu (Estonia), Budapest (Hungary), Uppsala (Sweden), Grenoble (France).
I help people who have changed their place of residence to move not only physically, but also psychologically - to accept the changes, to organise life in a new place, to fit into the new reality. If you are just planning to move, we can discuss all these issues preventively, and better prepare for life in a new place.
03
Acceptance of own body, relationship with food
It is difficult to live with a non-ideal body. It seems that a lot of things in a person's life depend on his or her physical parameters, and in various spheres - professional, personal, and friendly relations.
We will look at how to make friends with your body, with food, what we can fix, and what we have to accept.
I can be helpful if you'd like to discuss:
Insecurity, low self-esteem, lack of self-acceptance
Internal conflicts, inability to rely on oneself, lack of support
Problems with emotional regulation, anxiety
Desire for personal growth and a better understanding of self
Finding own way of life
Problems with body acceptance
Burnout and chronic fatigue
Procrastination, difficulties with motivation and goal achievement
Difficulties in communication and building rapport with others
But if your topic is not here - write, we will discuss it, maybe we will find a solution
